Requirements:
• U.S. Citizen
• BS Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Security+ certification
• Minimum 5 years professional experience
• Experience with MS Teams
• Experience with MS 365
• Experience with Power apps
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with SharePoint
• Active/recent (last 24 months) U.S. government Secret security clearance
Required within 60 days of hire:
• MS365 Fundamentals certification
• MS Certified Power BI Data Analyst
• MS365 Certified Teams Administrator Associate
• Completion of course SharePoint Online Power User
Desired:
• 8+ years professional experience in engineering
• SharePoint Site Collection & Site Administration certification

Job Description:
• Support the development, customization, integration, and optimization of digital collaboration tools used across the organization
• Optimize SharePoint Integration: Improve the integration of SharePoint with Microsoft Teams to streamline collaboration and document management
• Power Platform Solutions: Develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI dashboards that improve business processes, streamline data flows, and automate repetitive tasks
• Customization and Configuration: Customize Microsoft Teams and SharePoint features to meet the specific needs of the organization while maintaining adherence to security and governance policies
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and documentation for end users and internal IT teams to ensure smooth adoption and long-term sustainability of the solutions
• Support and Maintenance: Provide post-implementation support to address issues, provide enhancements, and ensure solutions remain optimized and secure
• Collaborate with NAVSEA 03, PEO Digital, and Flank Speed to provide feedback as well as ensure CPA is aligned with any changes or updates needed
• Work closely with CPA staff to document and organize the content
• Function as a SharePoint and Teams web content manager
• Label, organize, and code files/content for filtering and tracking purposes
• Create site calendars, contact list, links, and other related components as needed
