Technical Project Manager w/Top Secret Clearance
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: Up to $50.00/hr BOE

Peraton is seeking a full-time Applications Programming Team Lead to support critical missions.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled individual with strong experience in full-stack development and data engineering working in an Agile development environment. You will be responsible for leading a team of contract developers. You will ensure that contractors workloads are managed and ensure timelines are met. You will be responsible for ensuring contractor deliverables meet the requirements assigned and meet development standards. You will provide report outs to leadership and work with other internal application development team members.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee contractor workload to include assignment/management/report outs to leadership.
• Partner with technical and business teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Attend requirements gathering meetings
• Assist with code review
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps
• Conduct testing and trial runs to validate accuracy and performance of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Document data lineage, processes, and technical specifications to ensure transparency and compliance.
Additional Responsibilities
• Analyze, review, and enhance programs using workflow charts, diagrams, and logical design techniques.
• Assist in analyzing user needs and designing effective software solutions.
• Assist in coding
Qualifications
Required:
• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret eligible clearance
• U.S. citizenship
• 5 years relevant work experience with BS/BA
• Experience supporting and developing custom web-based applications
• Must have 5+ years of development experience
• Must have 3+ years leading remote team
• Experience with Microsoft DevOps for workload planning and management
• Experience in Cloud Development
Preferred:
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience working with contract developers
• 5+ years of experience Angular
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, and Visual Studio
• 5+ years of experience working with SQL Server
• 5+ years of experience using Bootstrap UI, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Website design
• Experience in Cloud development
• Excellent technical troubleshooting, code debugging and problem-solving skills for custom-built applications and databases
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with others
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work on multiple projects/assignments simultaneously
• Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work under general supervision in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
