We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Officer with TS/SCI w/ Poly to join our team working in Chantilly, VA
Required qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have current client certification as an operations officer, and an excellent knowledge of client-specific tradecraft and principles, along with 20+ years of successfully conducting and leading operations. Experience and demonstrated interest in modern mitigation efforts, demonstrated ability to successfully lead initiatives that cross multiple stakeholders, and excellent verbal and written skills particularly the ability to document and convey complex information clearly and completely, often to an audience who does not use the same lexicon or may have a different background. Demonstrated ability to review extensive data, identify trends, and prioritize stakeholders. Strong analytic, critical thinking and writing skills, to include cable writing. Ability to conduct occasional TDY travel. Demonstrated ability to analyze, prioritize, solve problems, work several tasks simultaneously, and meet short deadlines often in stressful situations.
Desired qualifications:
Demonstrated mastery of technical operations, technical targeting, or cyber tradecraft; knowledge and experience utilizing technical capabilities, and previous experience working with partner services on joint projects.
