We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programming and Floor Support who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This role supports system safety, risk analysis, and compliance activities for complex, mission-critical engineering programs.
In this role, you'll contribute across the engineering lifecycle-from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain software applications and tools
- Troubleshoot software issues and support test equipment instrumentation
- Work in a multidiscipline engineering team environment
- Develop and refine requirements for software products
- Support integration, validation, and production-facing engineering activities
What We're Looking For:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and typically a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or BSME, BSIE, or equivalent technical degree with 8 years experience or 10
- 15 years of related experience can be considered in lieu of degree completion
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
- High Proficiency in Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Manufacturing using Mastercam CAD/CAM Software
- Demonstrated proficiency in 5
- Demonstrated proficiency in Lathe programming with live tooling
