We're looking for a Test Systems Technical Lead Engineer (RF Systems) who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This role supports cross-functional engineering execution, helping teams stay aligned on technical scope, schedule, budget, and delivery milestones.
In this role, you'll contribute across the engineering lifecycle-from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead cross-functional engineering activities from planning through execution
- Coordinate with program, finance, planning, and technical stakeholders
- Track schedule, budget, risks, and engineering performance
- Support proposals, planning, reviews, and program reporting
- Help teams stay aligned and remove barriers to execution
What We're Looking For:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of ten (10) years' prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and 8 years of experience
- Experience with the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments
- Experience with design, development and/or integration of test equipment
- Active and transferrable US government issued Secret security clearance (not interim) is required prior to start date. US citizenship is required, as only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance
