This Acquisition Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) position has a control point; thus, the salary range for this position is capped at GS-15, Step 05, which is currently equivalent to $191,850. If your current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
Several vacancies may be filled.

- You will serve as the Financial Analytics Systems Transformation and Reporting (FASTR) senior liaison within the NAVSEA Comptroller (SEA 01).
- You will provide enterprise financial analytics that support budget tracking, execution monitoring, audit readiness, and data-driven decision support for the SEA 01 Comptroller.
- You will drive digital transformation and modernization of financial analytics by advancing enterprise data automation, improving reporting speed and efficiency, and strengthening financial transparency.
- You will ensure financial data integrity and delivers actionable insights that support strategic resource management and informed decision-making across the NAVSEA enterprise.
- You will develop, update, and maintain dashboards, and data visualizations that inform the SEA 01 Comptroller, Budget Officer and NAVSEA leadership on budget formulation, execution trends, risks, and opportunities.
- You will produce standardized enterprise-level financial reports, presentations for internal and external stakeholders under the direction of the Budget Officer
- You will provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to support strategic financial management and program execution decisions.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection, reporting and improve financial performance and data accuracy.
- You will lead development and implementation of standardized financial execution and budget reporting processes and tools to enhance NAVSEA-wide oversight, transparency, and insight for key stakeholders.
- You will ensure financial data and processes are documented, auditable, and readily accessible to support transparency and oversight.

- This is a Financial Management Level III certified position per the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Section 1599d. You must achieve this level within prescribed timelines. Certification requirements are in DoD Instruction 1300.26.
