Start Date To Be Determined**<br><br>Must be a U.S. Citizen<br><br>Location: Fort Bragg, NC<br><br>Clearance Requirement: Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance with TS eligibility is required <br><br>ASM Quality Policy: To meet or exceed our customers’ expectations for quality, delivery, and service through continual improvement, striving to meet our objectives, and committing to meeting all legal and statutory requirements<br><br>Program Introduction: Join a high-performing team dedicated to shaping the next generation of elite operators. As an ASOTC Instructor, you will directly influence USSOCOM’s mission success by delivering sophisticated instruction on advanced skills programs, ensuring our forces are prepared for the most complex global environments.<br><br>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<br><ul><li>Research, develop, and author comprehensive doctrine to support evolving Special Forces missions and instructional requirements.</li><li>Deliver expert-level instruction to trainees, evaluating and counseling them on the subtle, difficult concepts of the subject matter.</li><li>Prepare and execute complex field training exercises (FTX) across urban and rural CONUS environments, ensuring rigorous oversight and supervision.</li><li>Coordinate and brief high-level military and civilian officials on program status, training outcomes, and mission readiness.</li><li>Safeguard and account for all government property and strict adherence to proper handling of classified documents, ensuring zero loss or compromise of mission-sensitive materials.</li><li>Operate in demanding conditions, maintaining performance during non-standard hours and in extreme environmental climates.</li><li>Execute TDY travel in strict alignment with the established Course Schedule and Structure to support mission-critical training objectives across various locations.</li></ul><br>
