- Experience in applying functions, goals, objectives, work processes, and funding sources sufficient to related needs and accomplishments to anticipated or actual dollar figures.
- Experience in knowing the policies, precedents, regulations, and guidelines of a functional area such as timekeeping, timekeeping certification, financial oversight, budget formulation, official government travel program management, government travel credit card program management, and/or budget execution in order to analyze and evaluate changes in program plans and funding and/or budgetary relationships.
- Experience with various funding types to include RDT&E and O&M; Experience with reimbursable funding;
- Experience with preparing contractual funding documents, reimbursable work orders (RWOs) and MIPRS; Track contractor execution to estimates by task; Invoice review, verification and certification in WAWF; Liaison with contractor for billings ACRNs; Tracking of prior year active documents and contract close outs; Financial audit preparation; Ability to communicate with both internal and external customers;
- Experience with Accounting Systems, to include Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP).
