PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking an Assembly & Test Technician - Level 2, in Clearwater, FL.
Job Description:
You will be accountable for assembling and testing various components and systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform assembly of systems according to specifications
• Inspect and troubleshoot products to identify and resolve any issues
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of delivery and assembly defects
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality
YOU MUST HAVE
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Good communication and teamwork skills
WE VALUE
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Associate's degree in a technical field
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing ethics
