Primary Level Salary Range: $127,100.00 - $190,700.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

What You'll Get To Do:
- Establishes and implements a proactive risk-based audit program for the Mission Systems sector
- Ensure audits assess both compliance with requirements and process adequacy
- Coordinate site and sector level audit plans to ensure maximum coverage of risk across geographically distributed teams
- Identify and establish metrics to determine effectiveness of risk assessment process, audit planning, and execution
- Conducts monthly audit opening and closing meetings with Sector and Quality leaders
- Leverage data to identify trends, drive prioritization, and inform leadership decisions
- Monitor compliance performance, escalate systemic risks, and drive preventative actions
- Support Management Reviews through data analysis, reporting, scheduling and action tracking
- Preparing for and supporting internal, external, and Corporate audit activities
- Coordinates and maintains annual sector registrar schedule in partnership with Division leadership and Sector Compliance Manager
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or 4 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 3 years of demonstrated team leadership / formal engineering or operations leadership experience and / or significant technical projects or investigations
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS9145, AS9102 and other regulatory compliance requirements
- Qualified Auditor
- Experience with risk and opportunity management processes and incorporation into financial EACs
- Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
- U.S Citizenship Required
Preferred Qualifications:
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor or AS9100 Certified Lead Auditor
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated industry
- Secret clearance
