Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a highly motivated and talented Project Management Planning Operations to join our Production Operations team in Courtland, AL!
The successful candidate will become a member of the Advanced Strategic Planning team as a Project Integrator. The roles and responsibilities include:
• Plan/coordinate weekly, monthly and quarterly business rhythms to include required artifacts and presentations.
• Oversee the Accelerating Performance Excellence site teams, to include tracking and monitoring adherence to milestones
• Project Management in an Agile Environment
• Interface across multiple programs and support functions, logistics quality, security, safety, engineering, facilities and IT to ensure site success.
The successful candidate will have experience with and/or knowledge of project management, strong communication and presentation skills. This role will interface with program subject matter experts, and senior leadership teams presenting status, mitigation and recovery plans. This candidate will join a collaborative, supportive culture where ideas are valued and contributions are visible.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college, or combined equivalent experience/education.
• Experience planning and driving projects to timely completion
• Experience leading projects in a manufacturing environment
• Strong development of executive level presentations
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
• Proven relationship builder - with a history of building consensus throughout organizations
• Effective communicator with ability to drive integration between functions, creating stakeholder alignment
• Project Management in a manufacturing/production environment
• Proven self starter who works independently and proactively drives results
• Experience presenting to executive level audiences
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
