You will be the Associate Engineering Manager for the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Electrical Harness Design and Installation team which is responsible for delivering high-performance wiring solutions for advanced fighter aircraft.

Further Information About This Opportunity
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering or similar
• Experience with Harness, Wiring, or Cable design/schematics, as well as Harness and Bracket installations
• Experience with 3DX, CATIA, Solidworks, Pro Engineer, Creo, Unigraphics, NX, Capital, CCD, or equivalent Computer Aided Design (CAD) tool
• Experience with LM Aero tools and databases; these include but are not limited to LAWS, JEDI, ECRS, DIMs, CADatanet, ServiceFlo, Parts Warehouse, CSPL, and ADMS
• Experience with some Aerospace Aircraft (C-130H, C-130J, C-5, P3, F35, F16, F22, etc...)
• Project leadership experience, including working with Earned Value metrics
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
Desired Skills:
• Management Experience
• CAM Certification
• 8 years relative professional experience, or 6 years relative experience with a related Masters degree
• Experience interacting with customers and senior management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
• Established reputation for respect and patience with peers and those under his/her supervision or direction
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Define scope, estimate effort, plan, and execute highly complex technical projects.
- Lead capability insertion for production and retrofit programs on IFG products.
- Design and oversee the installation of aircraft wiring harnesses.
