Description:What is the position?
We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join the Flight Controls team within the Agile Drone Portfolio. This role supports the design, development, prototyping, integration, and test of cutting edge autonomous aircraft technologies. Along the way, you'll develop your own software skills, learn how we integrate hardware and software, build interpersonal relationships with peers to facilitate healthy collaboration, and deliver on customer needs. You will be responsible for collaborating multiple other teams, including the Vehicle Systems software team, stakeholders and external customers to develop, integrate, test and deploy and flight controls software applications.
What We Offer:
• Work on groundbreaking autonomous-aircraft platforms within the legendary Skunk Works culture.
• Exposure to end-to-end aircraft development-from simulation to flight-test.
• Mentorship from senior aerospace and software leaders

• Version Control & CI/CD: Proficiency with Git, GitLab, and automated build/test pipelines.
• Programming Languages: Strong coding skills in C, C++ or equivalent.
