Clearance Required:
• Secret Clearance
Certification Required:
• Security+ (preferred to already have the Certification, but must obtain within 2 months of start date)
Top Skills Required:
• 3 Years Experience Analyzing Testing, and Troubleshooting LAN's and WAN's
• Performing Windows support and basic network support.
• Experience performing network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly without much downtime.
• Ability to work in shifts for a 24/7 mission (night shift, day shift)
Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified Service Desk Analyst to support a watch team in Columbus, Ohio. The Service Desk Analyst will analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks. Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
• This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to be obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret)
• Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required
