QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting a Senior Program Analyst, Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS) to join our team at APG, MD in support of our customer, Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A).

Duties:

Serve as PM IS&A’s primary Master scheduler for the following:

Schedule Development and Maintenance: Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules that integrate inputs from various teams, ensuring all tasks are aligned and deadlines are met. Define milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and timelines to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Collaboration and Coordination: Close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure that all components of the project are well-coordinated.
Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor project milestones and deliverables. Prepare status reports and conduct schedule analyses to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Resource Management: Ensure that all required resources, including materials and personnel, are available as per the schedule by forecasting demand and managing inventory levels.
Process Improvement: Refine scheduling systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems to ensure compliance with organizational standards and project requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Direct experience with development and management of IMS for technical programs. Includes experience with technical program management, scheduling, trade-off analysis, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements.

Required Clearance:

ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required and at least twelve (12) years of experience managing government programs is required. Degree may be Business, Accounting or related areas of study.
Experience must include eight (8) years of direct experience with verbal and written communication to include presentations and/or briefings to product managers, division chiefs or equivalent grade.
Master’s degree may substitute two (2) years of experience.

Travel:

Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.

Work Environment:

This position may be performed in a variety of locations, including but not limited to, commercial and/or government offices, test and integration labs, government facilities and depots, and test & evaluation and proving grounds.

Physical Demands:

Physical demands of this position include ability to:

Be independently mobile.
Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.
Climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands.
Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as glasses/goggles (eyes), ear plugs/muffs (hearing), hard hats, and breathing respirators/masks.
Lift/push/pull objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds.
Withstand exposure to noise from operating equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
