Job Title: Microelectronic Technician 2
Location: Manhattan Beach, CA
Security Clearance: NA
Duration: 12 Months Contract and Possible Extension.
Pay Range : $40 - $50/hr on W2 without benefits
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*********** is looking for a Microelectronic Technician 2 to support our molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) department. As a member of the MBE department you'll get to work alongside material science engineers and equipment support engineers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs a variety of duties to support the research and development of new microelectronic, opto-electronic, micro-electromechanical and sensor manufacturing processes, devices, components, or systems, semiconductors, semiconductor-based integrated analog or digital circuits, micro-electromechanical systems, sensors systems, and related technologies. Develops and applies inspection and test procedures for micro-components and micro-systems.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR MICROELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN :
• High School diploma
• Able to lift 30-40 pounds
• Computer-literate
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Semiconductor Wafer handling
• Cleanroom experience
