Position: Systems Administrator
Location: Annapolis Junction, MD
Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph
Pay Range: 100 -115K

The job duties are as follows:
Work in an environment where you can help design the architecture and develop solutions to meet organizational needs. Looking for an innovative, motivated individual to join a small, talented, and hardworking Linux team in a hybrid cloud environment. This team creates, maintains, and troubleshoots Linux instances on multiple networks, in multiple architectures.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on Linux administration and scripting automation experience with knowledge of AWS Cloud technologies a plus. Candidate must work well in a small team setting, have a desire to learn and grow their skillset.
Requirements:
No demonstrated experience is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Compliance with DOD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAT Level I. (A+, CCNA-Security, NET+, SSCP, Security+)

Required Skills:
- Some Linux administration experience configuring, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and/or service owners.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstratable ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Ability to create, debug, and implement Bash, Python, Puppet, and/or Ansible automation scripts.
- Knowledge of AWS, specifically EC2 Auto Scaling.
- Knowledge of aws-cli and boto3.
