Valiant is looking for a Senior USINDOPACOM Exercise Planner to join our team!

SECRURITY REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: BA or BS degree, or equivalent, from an accredited college or university or Graduate of a military staff college (e.g., Command and General Staff College, Joint and Combined Warfighting School).
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting, ascending, and descending stairs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, to various degrees.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in short-, mid-, and long-term planning and managing medium to large groups (50-500 persons) of military and civilian personnel within the past five years.
- 3+ years of consecutive experience in Joint, USINDOPACOM, ROK/US Combined, and US Army doctrine, organization, training methodology, and procedures within the past five years.
- 3+ years of consecutive experience in the preparation of theater-strategic scenarios and exercise control schemes for large-scale, distributed, joint and combined, multi-simulation-driven exercises within the past five years. This experience must include the development of Master Scenario Event Lists (MSEL) and injects to guide exercise execution.
- 3+ years of consecutive experience as a lead planner in the preparation of multiple off-peninsula USINDOPACOM Joint simulation-driven exercises within the past five years (e.g., Balikatan, Bersama Warrior, Cobra Gold, Garuda Shield, Keen Edge, Pacific Fury), managing all phases of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) from concept development through final reporting.
- 3+ years of consecutive experience in the use and integration of computer simulation models to drive exercises and achieve training objectives, obtained within the past five years.
- Experience in developing and briefing exercise-related products to senior military leadership, including concepts of operations, campaign plans, and after-action reports.
- Experience with the integration of multi-domain operations into exercise scenarios, including the planning and synchronization of kinetic and non-kinetic effects such as cyberspace, information, and electronic warfare operations.
- Experience in liaising and coordinating with USINDOPACOM staff, service components, subordinate commands, and allied/partner nations to ensure full participation and integration across the joint and combined force.

Position Requirements
SECRURITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Active Secret with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI. Active TS/SCI preferred
- Must be able to obtain SOFA status in Korea.
