Program Analyst - Integration Testing Manager

Location: Remote

Description:

Seeking highly motivated and self-directed Program Analysts to serve as Integration Testing Managers supporting CCN NG readiness initiatives. These roles plan and execute integration and end-to-end (E2E) testing across impacted VA systems, EDI transactions, and external partner integrations. The ideal candidates bring strong test leadership, enterprise coordination skills, and the ability to align testing strategy, environments, and execution to program schedules and readiness milestones

These positions are contingent upon contract award.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a master test strategy aligned to readiness goals, risks, and dependencies.

• Create integration and E2E test plans, test cases/scripts, and traceability artifacts as required.

• Coordinate test execution across multiple systems, teams, environments, and stakeholders.

• Coordinate test data planning and management and support environment readiness and access coordination.

• Lead defect triage, severity/priority alignment, retest coordination, and reporting through closure.

• Provide test status reporting, dashboards, and readiness recommendations (including Go/No-Go inputs).

• Ensure testing integrates with project schedules and milestones and that testing dependencies are visible and managed.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years' experience in systems integration testing and end-to-end testing in enterprise environments (healthcare preferred).

• Strong knowledge of test planning, coordination, execution governance, and defect lifecycle management.

• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and systems to deliver an integrated testing outcome.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security clearance.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of VA or similar healthcare payer systems and/or community care network operations.

• Familiarity with EDI operations and/or claims/payment methodologies in healthcare environments

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).

• Preferred: Agile/Scrum certification and/or ISTQB (or similar) testing certification
