Job Description:

Are you ready to put data analysis experience to work on complex projects in support of an exciting customer mission focused on the Indo-Pacific region? The ideal candidate will be a self-starter able to work across multiple staff offices to collect and fuse data, develop innovative methods to standardize data ingestion and tagging, and support on-going management of associated data assets to be used in Congressional and Office of the Secretary of War (OSW) reporting.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with client staff, managers, and other leaders to help strategically plan, develop, analyze, and represent client information in support of mission objectives.
  • Develop, create, and execute knowledge management across the client's portfolio. The role carries activities such as knowledge creation, capture, and collaboration while ensuring consistency, standardization, integration, quality assurance, and compliance with applicable policies and security practices.
  • Utilize SharePoint, Microsoft products, and information sharing databases to evaluate the effectiveness of current reporting formats for the audience, scope, and usefulness; expect to recommend improvements to the presentation of information and timeline/processes.
  • Contribute to the organizational development of Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) to capture information and facilitate working group discussions between stakeholders.
  • Streamline processes and suggest/guide implementation of AI and business-related analytic and reporting tools.


Required Education/Experience:
  • 10+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years' experience working in a multi-skilled team environment collaborating on the capture and presentation of data derived from intelligence analysis.
  • Previous experience with Knowledge Management activities.
  • Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Ability to synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into coherent KM documents
  • Ability to work independently while responding promptly to requests for information
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment; ability to manage changing priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize products for senior leader briefings and external organizations.
  • Highly proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, and data-sharing tools and databases.
  • Valid US Passport.
  • Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.


Preferred Experience:
  • Experience supporting USINDOPACOM intelligence or operations.
  • Previous experience supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missions.
  • Familiarity with Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) and Maven Smart Systems (MSS)
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps & Power BI).


Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
