Torch Technologies is looking for an amazingly talented C2BMC Principal Acquisition Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will become a member of the Torch Technologies TEAMS NEXT support staff, with primary work assignments supporting the Missile Defense Agency's Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. This position requires a seasoned professional with a detailed understanding of DoD acquisition processes, including cost, schedule, and performance of contracts.
As C2BMC Principal Acquisition Analyst, duties will include, but are not limited to:

Salary Range - Colorado: $120,000-130,000

Torch Technologies is looking for an amazingly talented C2BMC Principal Acquisition Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will become a member of the Torch Technologies TEAMS NEXT support staff, with primary work assignments supporting the Missile Defense Agency's Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program. This position requires a seasoned professional with a detailed understanding of DoD acquisition processes, including cost, schedule, and performance of contracts.
As C2BMC Principal Acquisition Analyst, duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Utilize working knowledge of applicable DoD acquisition directives to support the development of Missile Defense System (MDS) acquisition policy, plans, processes, procedures, and guidance for MDS development and fielding
- Develop Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approvals, Request for Proposal packages, Statements of Work, and Contract Data Requirement Lists
- Interpret MDA acquisition guidance to support acquisition planning and MDS program integration
- Prepare planning documents to coordinate integrated acquisition strategies within the MDS and OGA partners
- Develop reports, information papers, decision papers, and briefings for senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Support and interact daily with senior DoD officials (O-6 and above, GS-15/NH-4 equivalent), working on-site with the DoD Program Office and delivering products in a fast-paced, on-demand environment
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience,
- Active Secret clearance
- Knowledge of acquisition processes required to evaluate contract performance against program baselines
- Experience translating technical requirements into contract requirements
- Ability to work independently or lead cross-functional teams to complete ad hoc tasks associated with the PWS
- Experience in cost, schedule, and performance management for a space-based program and/or DoD program
- Expertise in strategic planning, acquisition strategy development, and key acquisition documentation to support approval and execution
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 20+ years of relevant experience, or
- Master's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience
- Prior MDA experience
