Marketing Intern

Radiance Technologies, an employee-owned prime contractor serving the DoD, national intelligence community, and other government agencies, is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will assist in social media content creation, help plan and execute events, and support our broader marketing initiatives.

This is a paid internship working up to 30 hours/week with flexible hours to accommodate your academic schedule.

Our ideal candidate will be a team player who demonstrates creativity and strong skills in social media management, communications, event planning, and photography.

Marketing Intern Responsibilities Include:

• Create social media content, including posts, graphics, and short videos
• Monitor social media metrics and prepare performance reports
• Help plan, execute, and photograph internal company events
• Research and compile content from annual reports, newsletters, and other historical materials to support the development of the company history book
• Assist with internal collateral print needs

Required Skills:

• Currently enrolled as a university undergraduate or graduate student studying marketing, communications, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with photography, including capturing and editing high-quality images
• Experience with advanced photography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
