ERP Operations Senior Solution Specialist

Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist on the team, you will:

• Lead day-to-day functional delivery for SAP or Oracle ERP workstreams within a USDC Senior Consultant role, translating business requirements into process designs, functional specifications, and implementation-ready deliverables across areas such as finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, projects, or reporting.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, fit-gap discussions, and process design workshops, helping clients align business needs to standard ERP capabilities and leading practices while driving practical decisions and stakeholder buy-in.
• Own key implementation artifacts for your scope, including solution/design documentation, process flows, configuration rationale, test scenarios, defect tracking, cutover support materials, and deployment readiness deliverables.
• Partner with integration, data, reporting, and technical teams to support interface design, data migration planning, end-to-end process validation, and issue resolution across the ERP landscape.
• Lead and support integrated testing activities across unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing, ensuring requirements trace through test execution, defects, remediation, and business sign-off in regulated environments.
• Provide production support leadership by helping teams investigate root causes, resolve functional issues, improve business process stability, and prevent repeat defects after deployment.
• Support ERP delivery by helping teams address controls, compliance, documentation, and audit-readiness expectations in secure, mission-focused environments.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance for this role
• 4+ years' experience supporting SAP or Oracle ERP solutions in one or more functional areas such as finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, projects, or reporting.
• 4+ years' experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, testing, production support, and documentation in an ERP environment.
• 2+ years experience supporting continuous improvement of ERP operations, including root cause analysis, recurring issue identification, and recommendation of high-impact fixes or enhancements
• Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
  
  • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg)
  • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
  • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
  • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
