Job Description

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator/Training Systems Administrator to lead the organization, optimization, and growth of our training systems platform, with a focus on supporting customer-facing product training for operations and maintenance programs. This role will be instrumental in managing both Anduril's Cornerstone Learn platform as well as future customer-facing learning platforms to ensure scalable, data-driven learning solutions worldwide.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically savvy, and passionate about building efficient systems that drive learner engagement and organizational performance. This position will collaborate closely with Training Team, Business Systems team, IT, and other business units to deliver world-class training experiences for both internal teams and external partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Manage and configure primarily Anduril's next-gen external-facing customer training system (LMS-based) and secondarily assign and track internal learning obligations in the Cornerstone Learn platform, including Groups, Audiences, organizational units, permissions, catalogs, and learning assignments.
  • Build and maintain instructor-led training (ILT) infrastructure, including Sessions and Events for both internal and external learners at request.
  • Upload, test, troubleshoot, and manage CMI5/xAPI, SCORM, MP4, PDF, and other file types to ensure seamless learning experiences.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop logical user segmentation and learning assignment frameworks to support compliance, onboarding, product enablement, and operational training.
  • Collaborate with IT to integrate the LMS with identity management systems (i.e., Salesforce, HRIS, content repositories, Okta, and other digital tools) in accordance with Anduril's broader tech ecosystem.
  • Monitor learning activity, generate reports, and analyze usage data to provide actionable insights and ensure training effectiveness.
  • Support LMS use by multiple teams while maintaining platform integrity, naming conventions, metadata consistency, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Document processes, create user guides, and coach others in best practices for LMS use.
  • Stay current on learning technology trends, including CMI5/xAPI and its application to simulation, VR, and future-facing training initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors or internal tech support to ensure system stability and optimal performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years of experience administering enterprise-level LMS platforms, with significant hands-on experience in Cornerstone Learn.
  • Experience with xAPI, CMI5, and SCORM file handling, metadata tagging, file testing, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Proven expertise creating and managing Groups, Audiences, catalogs, learning assignments, and ILT structures (Sessions and Events).
  • Experience integrating both LRS and LMS platforms with other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Okta, content management systems).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and support diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Able to build dashboards, import/export, and consolidate multiple sources of learning data, analytics, and reporting tools within Cornerstone, other LMS platforms, Foundry, Tableau, or other aggregate reporting systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to identify risk profiles of training campaigns, record collection, and training rollouts before they happen.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Familiarity with managing xAPI standards and applications to support immersive training (e.g., Simulators, VR/AR).
  • Prior experience supporting technical training or defense-related programs.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles to support better alignment between content and delivery platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
