Position Title: DAI Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Help Desk Analyst
Position Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented DAI Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Help Desk Analyst to support federal financial operations. The role requires hands-on experience with DAI and Tier 1/Tier 2 help desk support, with a strong understanding of federal P2P business processes. The analyst will provide end-user support, troubleshoot system issues, and contribute to system testing and contract deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 help desk support for DAI P2P users, resolving functional and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.
Create, track, and manage help desk tickets in accordance with SLA requirements.
Support users across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, including requisitions, purchasing, invoicing, and payments.
Assist with testing of DAI system releases, patches, and enhancements.
Contribute to the development of contract deliverables, documentation, and user guidance materials.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements.
Ensure compliance with federal financial management policies and internal controls.
Creating and maintaining agency-specific training materials and user guides.
Administer user training.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
Secret clearance required
Experience:
5+ years in data analysis, financial operations, or business intelligence.
3+ years managing projects or teams or leading analytical initiatives.
Experience:
Experience supporting DAI in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 help desk environment (required).
Strong knowledge of federal Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Experience with ticketing systems and user support workflows.
Familiarity with Oracle-based ERP environments preferred.
