Technical Lead

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Technical Lead to support a premier software, research, and consulting organization focused on delivering innovative human resource solutions grounded in industrial-organizational psychology and behavioral science. This position is fully remote. The Technical Lead will design and deliver client-facing solutions using a low-code SaaS platform while leading high-profile software delivery efforts across multiple concurrent initiatives. This role directly supports mission-critical systems that enable data-driven, high-impact HR solutions for government and commercial clients.

Responsibilities for the Technical Lead include:

• Lead Agile-based software delivery efforts, ensuring on-time, high-quality releases across multiple projects
• Define technical requirements, track development progress, and lead QA efforts for system enhancements
• Design and build complex client solutions within a low-code SaaS platform
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades, assessing feasibility, cost, timelines, and system compatibility
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external contractors to deliver reliable, scalable solutions

Required Qualifications for the Technical Lead include:

• 5+ years of experience leading complex software development, delivery, and operations
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Software development experience; familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and database technologies preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance

Compensation for the Technical Lead include:

• Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 depending on experience
