Description:
You will be the Quality Engineer Associate for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance on the PAC-3 missile program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Quality Engineer Associate you will be responsible for supporting the production line and driving continuous improvement in quality processes.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Support production line
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards
• Establish quality requirements and write work instructions
• Evaluate product for conformance to requirements, document non-conformances, train, and support inspectors
• Apply troubleshooting skills to prevent recurrence of non-conformances
• Evaluate existing quality processes and use engineering skills to make improvements.

Basic Qualifications:
STEM Bachelors degree or higher.
Ability to obtain security clearance, and therefore a U.S. citizen
Desired Skills:
Troubleshooting skills
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Power Point
Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
