The Work:
This position will be assigned to the LM RMS Government Security Team at the Manassas Facility, Manassas, Virginia. The Security Representative Senior is responsible for Access Control, integration and execution of program security operations, and must be able to prepare, maintain, and enforce security policy and procedures within the Program Security environment. Must have knowledge and experience of applicable government and user agency security policies, including 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM). You will be the first line of security defense for Program Security.

Basic Qualifications:
-Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
-Ability to collaborate with business partners and employees at all levels.
-Ability to work independently in a complex, fast moving and growing business environment.
-Demonstrated competence in building and maintaining effective working relationships with program management, customers and the facility security team.
-Must be a U.S. Citizen.
-Final Secret Clearance; current security clearance investigation within 6 years from the investigation close date.
-Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills:
-3+ years of related security experience
-Experience with security requirements of the 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM
-Experience with access control, badging, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), and visitor control.
-Experience in Personnel Security and Physical Security.
-DoD and/or Intelligence Community experience and familiarization with auditing agency inspections and implications.
-Knowledgeable of Special Access Program (SAP) security.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
