- You will perform analysis and conduct information management studies as well as develop and improve business and information technology processes.
- You will review and evaluate applications and systems for compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), DON, and NCIS software engineering standards.
- You will provide expert guidance, instruction, and training to both internal and external personnel on the use and function of various Law Enforcement, Counterterrorism, and Counterintelligence information sharing applications and systems.
- You will develop and brief high-level managers and seniors on the status of projects, short and long range of projects and objectives, emerging technologies and major changes to current technologies impacting projects and programs.

- Expertise in Program Management, related to functional and /or technical Law Enforcement, Counterterrorism, and Counterintelligence applications and systems;
- Developing and implementing policies, controls and operating procedures;
- Effectively managing operational requirements, and developing sustainment strategies;
- Experience functioning independently or as a team leader, this includes coordinating and communicating the efforts of a project team's status for implementation of major command/department wide programs.
