BAE Systems is seeking a Program Manager Senior in support of Advanced Tactical Radios. Within this role, your will be supporting our C4ISR area of business.

Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

BAE Systems is seeking a Program Manager Senior in support of Advanced Tactical Radios. Within this role, your will be supporting our C4ISR area of business.
Responsibilities will include:
- Program management position to work with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) vendors that produce/repair ancillary equipment.
- Ensuring schedule commitments are met and ensuring product delivery/receipt is completed.
- Working with the vendor as well as with the customer and internal functional areas to ensure work is completed in the best and efficient possible course.
- Ability to communicate, be highly organized and work with internal and external customers to include USG, international customers and OEMs is key to success.
- Understanding financials and drive schedule will be essential.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience or in depth understanding of Program Management.
- Prior experience and tools, such as, Microsoft Office suite will be essential.
- Presentation capability will be needed to provide information to leadership.
- Ability to learn local databases will be useful in finding information.
- Communication skills are needed to ensure that day-to-day business is successful.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher and 8+ years of work experience.
- Preference for background in the following areas (optional): Engineering or PMP trained/certified or Finance.
