Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Examples of Specialized Experience may include some of the following: 1) Coordinating various efforts regarding strategic sealift programs to include but not limited to financial management, external studies, strategic planning, Resources and Requirements; 2) Working with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES); 3) Planning, organizing and directing expert-level teams, evaluating needed efforts and managing project resources; and 4) Negotiating with management.

- You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Joint Distribution Branch in the Logistics Division (N4L).
- You will provide recommendations to leadership on complex issues to include funding priorities, resource distribution, and long-range plans for programs.
- You will advise on strategy development, setting performance objectives, and establishing benchmarks.
- You will be responsible for coordination of various efforts, analysis of program requirements, and evaluation of impact.
- You will review and validate deliverables and solutions for accuracy and alignment with best practices.
- You will participate in cross-organizational efforts and represent the organization in various groups and meetings.
