Job Description
Chipton-Ross is seeking a Java & C# Automated Tester (Level 3) for a contract opportunity in Hazelwood, MO or Everett/Renton, WA.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)

REQUIRED EDUCATION
Accredited education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.).
TRAVEL
Potential travel, very minimal if so.
WORK HOURS
FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT; 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE)
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 3+ years of experience in automated testing
- 1+ years of experience in Java application testing
- 1+ years of experience in C# application testing
- 1+ years of experience in AWS DevOps
- 1+ years of experience in Agile software engineering
- 1+ years of experience in AI Code Assisted software Engineering
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead test planning: generate test plans, define configurations, and decompose requirements/Statements of Work into test approaches
- Define test requirements, facilities, and environments for simple and complex tests; review standards/regulations for impacts
- Develop, review, and maintain test procedures and configuration documentation
- Participate in test readiness, safety, test plan, and test case reviews
- Lead the staging of test hardware and configure software for data acquisition and analysis
- Prepare daily execution plans for effective use of all test resources
- Lead test execution and data collection
- Evaluate test methods and performance data; identify anomalies and recommend configuration changes or corrective actions
- Perform special procedures to support failure investigations and take appropriate actions based on results
- Prepare test reports and deliverables; review data for accuracy, quality, and fidelity prior to customer delivery
- Manage test assets: reallocation, disposition, refurbishment, and archival of data/reports
- Capture lessons learned and performance metrics to improve future testing

- Java Full Stack developer
- C# Full Stack developerApplicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
