Job Description
Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of an engineering and analytics team using Agile methodologies. Works in partnership with the Release Train Engineer, team delivery leads, and Bureau Modernization Lead to help realize project goals. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team, removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Supports preparation and participation in ART and program-wide agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, system demos, and feature acceptance. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. Experience in Azure DevOps is beneficial; skills in SQL or an interest in learning strongly desired.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range:
$110,000-150,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
