We are looking for experienced Platform Engineers who wants to help strengthen our team working with NATO and Norway's digital defense capability. Your role and responsibilities
- Implement and integrate AI-driven solutions into secure, mission-critical systems
- Develop RAG pipelines and optimize LLMs for situational awareness, decision support, and operational analysis
- Build APIs, integration layers, and event-driven workflows that enable real-time information
- Ensure reliable operations, performance, observability, and compliance with strict security requirements
- Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, and operators on defense-related projects

Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Experience with AI/ML platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, IBM Watsonx, or OpenShift AI
- Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, and vector databases
- Solid experience with Python and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel
- Proficiency in API development, microservices, and containers (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, and Infrastructure-as-Code
- A clear grasp of secure and responsible AI, including handling of sensitive data
- Eligible for security clearance at a minimum of Norwegian SECRET and/or NATO SECRET
- Fluent in Norwegian (C1 minimum)
