A BQ military spouse possesses knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies comparable to others who meet the competitive referral criteria for the specific position.
- You will provides technical leadership, process guidance, and oversight across Project Material Managers (PMMs) and Credit Card Buyers/Expeditors (CCBs) without exercising formal supervisory authority.
- You will serve as a senior technical advisor and primary escalation point for PMMs and CCBs on complex, project specific material readiness issues.
- You will monitor material status through hot sheet maintenance, critical material tracking, receipt inspection coordination, and nuclear emergent order monitoring to support uninterrupted material flow.
- You will provide clarification on GPC policies, ensures segregation of duties, and supports consistent application of standardized practices between PMM and CCB functions.

- Experience security regulations relating to the safeguard and handling of classified information and material.
- Experience demonstrating excellent written and oral communication between stakeholders through email and in person meetings.
- Experience intuitively identifying and independently solving problems.
