This senior supply chain leadership role is responsible for aggressively driving strategy and execution for the THAAD Seeker program within the PGSS product line. The Director will be a critical force in accelerating business growth, scaling operations, and building a high-performance supply chain capable of meeting increasing demand in a dynamic.
The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with deep end-to-end supply chain expertise, a proven ability to lead through growth, complexity, and change. This role requires a forward-leaning mindset to challenge the status quo, rapidly deploy innovative solutions, and eliminate constraints that limit speed, capacity, and profitability.
As a key member of the Product Line Leadership Team, the Director will operate as a strategic partner to senior leadership across this programs, manufacturing, engineering, quality, finance, and contracts, while also engaging directly with supplier executives to drive performance, accountability, and scalability across the supply base.
This role requires an on-site presence aligned to business demands. Candidates must be within a commutable distance.

Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution to enable rapid business growth and increased production throughput.
- Identify and eliminate constraints across the supply chain, ensuring the organization can scale efficiently to meet current and future demand.
- Develop and execute bold, forward-looking strategies across procurement, production planning, and inventory management to maximize speed, cost efficiency, and service levels.
- Build, lead, and continuously elevate a high-performing supply chain organization focused on accountability, urgency, and results.
- Establish strong, performance-driven relationships with supplier executive leadership to ensure capacity, delivery, and cost competitiveness.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks by actively monitoring market dynamics, supplier health, and geopolitical or industry shifts.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence, challenging legacy approaches and accelerating transformation.
- Serve as the supply chain authority to the Business Area Leadership Team, providing clear, data-driven insights that inform growth decisions.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Related Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years' work experience, or equivalent experience
- 8 plus years in a highly regulated manufacturing industry
- Broad discipline experience in a multi-plant supply chain environment
- Experience leading geographically diverse teams
- Experience with supply chain management software and systems
- Strong understanding of key elements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products
- Strong presentation skills, capable of briefing at all levels of the organization
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%
- Ability to obtain up to Secret clearance
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- 12 plus years experience in an Aerospace and Defense manufacturing environment
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (APICS, CSCP) or Program Management (PMP)
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems
- Expert level understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Existing Secret or Top Secret clearance
