Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to provide programmatic and logistical support at NSWC Crane. Core responsibilities include tracking and submitting customer deliverables and ensuring documentation meets policy requirements. The right person brings a strong work ethic, a genuine willingness to learn, and the initiative to find answers rather than wait for them. You will collaborate with peers and leadership daily, so being approachable and comfortable building working relationships is a real part of this job.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide direct support to customers requiring the establishment and management of program plans and schedules, including tracking and submitting deliverables on time.
  • Prepare, submit, and track purchase requests across multiple procurement methods (P-Card, Indirect, MILSTRIP); review financial documents for accuracy and report findings with recommendations.
  • Analyze relevant data for compliance with current DoN/DoD guidelines, references, and directives; respond to internal and external data calls independently with short turnaround.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other tracking tools to manage current and future tasking and ensure on-time process completion.
  • Submit facilities work requests and coordinate with Facilities Management and relevant POCs to complete projects and manage onsite work activities.
  • Handle day-to-day administrative functions including conference room scheduling, attendance tracking, and maintaining up-to-date process documentation.
  • Manage communications and deliverables across internal teams and external stakeholders and organizations.
  • Escort visitors within the secure facility and ensure access procedures are followed in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with established standards, policies, rules, and procedures.


Experience and Skills:

  • High School diploma required. Technical school diploma or prior military experience preferred.
  • Current Secret clearance preferred. Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance at the Secret level required. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Timely and professional responsiveness to internal and external correspondence.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated discretion, good judgment, and decision-making ability.
  • A team player with a positive, personable "can do" attitude.
