Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Radar Integration and Test Engineer to support our client in Moorestown, NJ. The Radar Integration and Test Engineer will support the integration, verification, and validation of advanced radar systems, including Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radars, across new development programs. This role works closely with systems, software, and hardware teams to ensure radar subsystems meet performance and mission requirements.
Responsibilities of Radar Integration and Test Engineer include:
· Integrate radar hardware and software subsystems across development environments
· Perform AESA Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) testing
· Develop, execute, and document test plans, procedures, and reports
· Decompose radar system and subsystem requirements
· Verify, trace, and validate system requirements
· Investigate system discrepancies and drive issues to closure
· Participate in engineering design and technical reviews
· Document technical artifacts in engineering data and requirements systems
Qualifications for the Radar Integration and Test Engineer include:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
· Experience integrating and testing radar systems
· Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators
· Experience with test automation using C++, MATLAB, or Python
· Experience using requirements and collaboration tools such as DOORS, Jira, and Confluence
· Familiarity with both sides of the Systems Engineering V-model
· Active Secret security clearance
Compensation for the Radar Integration and Test Engineer includes:
· Salary Range:
o Level 2 (2-5 years): ~ $110,000
o Level 3 (5+ years): ~ $150,000
o Level 4 (9-13 years, SME preferred): ~ $185,000
· Full Benefits Package: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Maternity Leave, Military Reserve Pay Offset
· 4-day work week (4x10 schedule) - every Friday off
