Job Description

We are currently looking for an Operations Analyst to support our customer in the Patuxent River, Maryland office.
Functional Description:
• Screen and distribute all correspondence.
• Maintain the Program Office Awards Master List and associated nomination criteria eligible to NAVAIR personnel updated on a regular basis to remain current.
• Prepare and maintain a Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and emergency procedures desk cards and forward to the Government for review and approval.
• Prepare and update floor plans, organization charts, and seating charts. Manage the coordination for facility work to includ: environmental issues, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), emergency and repair calls, and Defense Reutilization and Management Office (DRMO) processes.
• Provide travel management services including processing visit requests, country clearance requests for customers attending meetings within the Continental United States/Outside Continental United States (CONUS/OCONUS) and for incoming visitors.
• Develop and maintain contact lists and respond to muster drills.
• Review and provide recommendations regarding program documentation.
• Prepare documentation required for program reviews and briefs such as Annual Program of Record Briefings (APORs), Executive Review Board (ERB) briefs and Executive Steering Boards (ESB) briefs.
• Develop, prepare, and consolidate input and coordinate the production of professional-quality copies for program and executive-level briefs/presentations presented by the PM, DPM, or IPT.
• Review Congressional language and suggest strategies to improve communication among Congressional staff and the program office. Respond to Congressional, DoD, other Government agency, media or industry inquiries, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) audits, and Congressional testimony.
• Provide conference room support including supporting the setup/operation of audiovisuals, Video Tele-Conferencing (VTC), teleconferencing, and Defense Connect Online (DCO) meeting setup.
• Maintain personnel recall rosters and all distribution lists; manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Work all internal and external taskers utilizing official tasker tools and MS Teams; track, manage, and ensure timely completion of assigned actions.
• Manage and utilize command staffing tools to coordinate, track, and process staffing packages and approvals.
• Support spend plan reviews by tracking execution, identifying variances, and providing recommendations to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, communication, and workflow across the program office.
• Utilize SharePoint to manage, organize, and maintain program documentation, workflows, and collaboration sites.
• Coordinate across the program office to ensure alignment of priorities, timely communication, and effective execution of tasks and deliverables.
• Develop and create talking points using ETMS and other tools to support leadership communications and engagements.
• Work all Public Release requests.
• Directly support the Lead Operations Officer.
Required Experience:
Three (3) to Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional
description.
Education:
BS/BA Degree
Allowable Substitutions:
Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties
described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a
Bachelor's Degree.
OR
Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the
functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's
Degree.
Desired Experience: Microsoft Suite
This role requires in-person support.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance preferred or ability to obtain. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433-26-$117,649.90 ( annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
