Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer (TS/SCI) to support mission-critical, secure systems in a hybrid work environment. This role focuses on building and sustaining robust, scalable infrastructure while also contributing directly to full stack software development efforts within classified programs. What You'll Do
- Architect, deploy, and support secure CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.
- Provision and manage cloud-based and on-premise environments using Infrastructure as Code solutions like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications leveraging modern front-end and back-end technologies.
- Deploy and support containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes within high-security environments.
- Partner with engineering, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and compliant.
- Track system health, performance, and uptime while diagnosing and resolving issues across the technology stack.
- Embed DevSecOps principles throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Automate operational workflows and enhance system scalability, availability, and efficiency.
What You Bring
- An active TS/SCI clearance.
- At least 7 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, full stack development, or similar roles.
- Strong coding background using languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or comparable technologies.
- Proven hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Solid expertise with container and orchestration tools including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience working with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in secure or regulated environments.
- Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools.
- Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking concepts, and security best practices.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $190,000 - $250,000
- Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and legally required sick leave.
