Job Description
We are looking for a Site Manager to support The Department of Defense, US Army, Combined Arms Support Command (CASCOM) G6, to provide Information Technology (IT) services and Digital Trainer support for the CASCOM and its subordinate organizations, which include the Army Logistics University (ALU), and the Ordnance (OD), Quartermaster (QM), and Transportation Corps (TC) schools.
The G-6 mission is comprehensive and includes computer and IT support for Department of the Army (DA) civilians, contractors, and permanent party military personnel.
Responsibilities:
The Site Manager is responsible for the overall daily management, supervision, performance, and coordination of all contractor personnel and contract requirements. The Site Manager ensures services are performed efficiently, professionally, on schedule, and in compliance with the Performance Work Statement, contract terms, Government policies, security requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Serve as the Contractor’s primary point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer Representative, Government leadership, and other designated officials.
• Manage daily contract operations and ensure all required services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements.
• Supervise contractor personnel, assign work, monitor performance, and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
• Ensure the Contractor maintains qualified personnel to meet all technical, operational, security, and administrative requirements.
• Provide oversight of work schedules, task completion, deliverables, reports, and service quality.
• Address performance issues, staffing concerns, customer service issues, and operational risks in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Government personnel regarding priorities, workload, task status, and issue resolution.
• Ensure contract employees comply with site policies, safety rules, security procedures, information assurance requirements, and professional conduct standards.
• Monitor service performance and implement corrective actions when required.
• Prepare and submit required reports, status updates, staffing information, and contract deliverables.
• Maintain awareness of all contract activities and ensure uninterrupted support during normal duty hours.
• Coordinate transition, onboarding, training, and replacement of contractor personnel as needed.
• Ensure the Alternate Site Manager is fully informed and prepared to act on behalf of the Contractor during absences.
Required Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of related experience in contract management, site operations, IT support management, or technical team leadership.
• Experience managing personnel on a DoD, Federal, or Army contract.
• Experience managing contract requirements, schedules, deliverables, staffing, and performance standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Performance Work Statements, Quality Control Plans, contract deliverables, and COR coordination.
• Knowledge of information technology operations, help desk support, network support, cybersecurity compliance, or desktop support services.
Required Clearance
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
