This is not a standard project management role; it is a mission-critical leadership position dedicated to ensuring the operational readiness of the ICBM force. Full-Time Salary Range: $107952 - $183518
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Key Responsibilities
Advanced Data Orchestration & Forensics
- System Integration: Act as the primary lead for the "Triad" of data systems (IMDS, ILS-S, and REMIS), synchronizing data across disparate sources to ensure total information integrity.
- Analytical Leadership: Utilize Power BI and Power Query to transform unstructured data into executive-level dashboards and actionable "Readiness Indicators."
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct deep-dive forensics into equipment serial numbers, IMDS entries, and supply chain lags to resolve mission-capability failures.
- Technical Literacy: Apply deep fluency in Standard Reporting Designators (SRDs) and Equipment Designators (EDs) to categorize equipment and report maintenance activities accurately.
- Maintenance Doctrine: Interpret MMIII Maintenance Technical Orders (TOs), including Work Unit Codes (WUCs) and Wing usage, to evaluate the physical condition of weapons systems.
- Supply Chain Optimization: Manage "Due-outs" and the Mission Impaired Capabilities List (MICAPS) to ensure critical parts move through the pipeline with maximum urgency.
- Lifecycle Management: Define project scope, secure stakeholder buy-in, and execute complex plans that balance budget constraints with aggressive readiness timelines.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify "single points of failure" within the supply chain or data streams and develop robust contingency plans.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage budgeting and cost forecasting to ensure financial alignment with technical requirements.
Executive Communication & Stakeholder Diplomacy
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and influence multidisciplinary teams (supply chain, logistics, and technical specialists) in a matrixed environment.
- Technical Translation: Translate complex technical discrepancies into strategic risk assessments for senior external personnel and stakeholders.

- Proficiency: Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.

- Data Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI and Power Query.

- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience in lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and financial forecasting within a defense or high-stakes technical environment.
- Ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a "data detective" approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting.
