- Performing outreach and engagement within a functional area.
- Analyzing reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value.
- Developing and delivering required contracts, departmental, project, and/or financial reports to the customer, partners, and stakeholders.
- Supporting partnership engagement and outreach by facilitating planning, logistics, development, and execution of conferences, symposiums, and events.
- Providing input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs.
- Coordinating, scheduling, and facilitating partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia.
- Developing briefings, talking points, and point papers in line with requirements specified in the client's strategic partnership plan.
- Acting as a technical liaison with partners.
- Facilitating and coordinating working group meetings and authors' post-meeting reports and summaries of conclusions.
- Using JIRA to receive, process, track, and monitor requests for specific services.
