Responsibilities

Noblis is seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Software Developer with deep expertise in Angular UI development to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the technical authority on front-end architecture, leading complex UI initiatives while collaborating across the full stack to deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise web applications.

The ideal candidate brings extensive software development experience with a strong emphasis on front-end engineering, along with deep proficiency in Angular frameworks, Angular Material, and TypeScript, and a proven ability to seamlessly integrate with .NET back-end services and Elasticsearch.

Job Responsibilities
  • Architect, design, and develop enterprise-grade Angular applications using Angular Material components and design principles
  • Build and maintain TypeScript-based front-end solutions that integrate cleanly with .NET back-end APIs (REST)
  • Design and implement Elasticsearch query integrations on the front end, including search UX, filtering, faceting, and result rendering
  • Serve as the technical SME for Angular, Angular Material, and front-end/back-end integration patterns
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines across Angular projects
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into responsive, accessible, and polished user interfaces using Angular Material
  • Partner with ETL engineers to define API contracts, data models, and Elasticsearch query structures
  • Drive adoption of modern Angular features and ecosystem updates (Angular CLI, RxJS, NgRx, standalone components)
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and technical debt
  • Contribute to sprint planning, technical roadmaps, and architectural documentation
  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and evaluate their applicability to the organization
  • Support containerized application development and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, including writing Dockerfiles, managing container images, and working within Kubernetes-orchestrated environments

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and ability to obtain a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • One of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree or master's degree with 10 years of experience of experience
    • Associate degree with 13 years of experience
    • High School Diploma/GED with 16 years of experience
  • US citizenship is required
  • Proficiency in Angular, Angular Material, and TypeScript
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, particularly with .NET back-end services
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with Elasticsearch, including search queries, filtering, and data visualization
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
  • Experience integrating front-end applications with Elasticsearch, including search queries, filtering, and data visualization
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and modern development workflows
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, mentor developers, and influence engineering best practices across teams
  • Experience working cross-functionally with back-end engineers, data/ETL teams, and product stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and responsive design principles
  • Experience serving as a technical lead or Subject Matter Expert (SME) on complex software development project

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.
