ISN is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager (QAM), who will be assigned to a client site in Winchester, VA. As a QAM, you will assist a federal agency in conducting investigation case information and preparing relevant reports based on information gleaned using your critical and analytical skills. Your skills will be used to author reports that federal agencies can use to determine an applicant's worthiness for employment, access to federal facilities, and immigration benefit. Ultimately, you will be supporting programs within the United States and its defense against foreign and domestic threats to our nation's security.

Job Responsibilities:

  • QAM will track and analyze quality scores provided by the government's Quality Assurance Unit (QAU), identifying trends, areas of improvement, and potential risks.
  • QAM will provide actionable recommendations to enhance service delivery and compliance with contract requirements.
  • QAM plays a critical role in continuous quality improvements and ensuring overall contract success.
  • In conjunction with the contractor PM and DPM, the QAM is responsible for overseeing and managing the contractor's QCP to ensure that all deliverables meet the established quality standards.


Minimum Requirements:

  • B achelor's Degree or three (3) or more years of hands-on experience applying knowledge of administrative principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Proficient computer skills, proficiency in navigating Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Google Chrome
  • Ability to navigate multiple browser windows, copy/paste to and from different applications
  • Attention to detail
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • QAM must be skilled in evaluating and developing methods to accomplish functional objectives and the ability to successfully administer the PWS objectives.
  • Proven experience in quality management or quality assurance.
  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing and implementing Quality Control Plans (QCP) with large-scale government contracts or complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience with tracking, analyzing, and reporting on quality metrics (such as quality scores from the government QA unit or other external assessments).
  • Experience in providing training and development on quality standards and continuous improvement processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess quality data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify potential quality issues before they become a problem.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate quality issues, corrective actions, and recommendations to government representatives.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams, including providing guidance on quality improvement. Knowledge of risk management practices to mitigate potential impacts to contract performance due to quality.


Preferred Qualifications:

Prior working experience as a QAM at a federal agency in Winchester, VA.
