Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Sr. Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst to support a federal services company delivering mission-critical financial operations for the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS). This position is on-site in Arlington, VA. The Sr. Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst will serve as a key contributor responsible for end-to-end execution of federal Accounts Receivable functions in direct support of DOJ/USMS operations. This role directly supports the financial integrity of a high-visibility federal law enforcement mission.

Responsibilities for the Sr. Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst include:
- Own and execute full-cycle federal Accounts Receivable processes as a primary job function
- Prepare and process federal billing and invoicing in compliance with DOJ/USMS requirements
- Manage AR aging, receivables tracking, and financial reporting for federal accounts
- Conduct collections and delinquency management, including follow-up and resolution
- Coordinate debt resolution activities with Treasury and other federal stakeholders, as applicable
Required Qualifications for the Sr. Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst include:
- 4+ years of direct federal Accounts Receivable experience (AR ownership required; AR-adjacent experience will not be considered)
- Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting federal receivables environments (e.g., DOJ, USMS, Treasury)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism when working with challenging customers or vendors
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong command of grammar and written communication
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution of higher learning
- Active DoD Secret clearance (must be clearly listed on the resume)
- Proven stability and continuity in similar federal financial roles
Compensation for the Sr. Accounts Receivable Financial Analyst include:
- Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000 depending on experience
