What You Will Be Doing
You will be a Financial Analyst assigned to the Data Analytics and Tools Team within the ADP organization. Our team is responsible for applying APEX and Continuous Improvement principles to the daily tasks and projects of the Finance and Business Operations team at ADP to optimize performance and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Be the primary Point of Contact for data analytics projects in ADP
• Collaborate with program teams to enable usage of tools and dashboards in program space
• Develop, automate, deploy, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau for finance, operations, and executive audiences.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes through automation and analytics best practices.

You are a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional with a strong interest in data, reporting, and process improvement. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can serve as a trusted point of contact for analytics needs and partner with program teams to translate business questions into actionable dashboards and insights. You bring experience or exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau and are comfortable developing, automating, and maintaining reports that support finance, operations, and leadership decision-making. You are naturally curious, process-minded, and driven to apply continuous improvement and automation principles to streamline workflows and enhance overall team performance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, Macros, advanced formulas).
• Hands-on experience building visualizations in Tableau (dashboards, calculated fields, parameters, ).
• Experience with relational databases and SQL (basic SELECT, JOIN, aggregation).
Desired Skills:
• Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, LDW, Cobra, ADAR) or other financial data sources.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, concise business recommendation, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Exposure to Continuous Improvement activities
• Understanding of core accounting concepts (GAAP, revenue recognition, expense categorization).
• Experience with statistical tools (R, Python, or SAS) is a plus.
• Demonstrated curiosity, continuous-learning attitude, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Experience with EVMS, CAM working knowledge, SharePoint, business objects, confluence, and Jira
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $60,600 - $106,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
