You will be the Property Analyst Asc Mgr for the MFC EO Asset Management team. Our team is responsible for overseeing asset management across multiple off-site locations, ensuring accountability and compliance with corporate policies, customer requirements, and regulations.

Basic Qualifications:
Familiar with FAR/DFAR asset-management requirements. Proficient in MS Office and AI-driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions. Ability to travel as needed to support sites and audit activities at the sites. Candidate needs to have previous experience in the compressive small site Asset Management responsibilities. Able to support MFC EO subcontractor, and all other activities as needed.
Desired Skills:
Skilled in MS Office and AI-driven analytics tools for creating reports, identifying issues, and devising solutions. Excellent communicator, and attention to details. Have a Certification from National Property Management Association. Experienced in use of new 1LMX system
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
