Description:
You will be the Security Representative Associate Manager for the Security Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the protection of classified information and compliance with security regulations.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Security Representative Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading industrial program security across SAP and collateral programs, guiding policy, and delivering secure solutions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage Special Access and collateral security programs, including classification management.

  • Conduct high-level briefings, presentations, and classified meeting support.

  • Develop and obtain approvals for security plans, test environments, and labs.

  • Oversee recruitment, training, performance management, and disciplinary actions for security personnel.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet security requirements.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
Corporate, government, or military experience with SAP.
5 years of progressive levels of leadership experience.
Change management experience and process-discipline skillsets.
Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD manual 5205.07 and ICD 705.
Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.
Final Top Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years and be able to obtain a Top Secret with SCI clearance upon employment.
Desired Skills:
Demonstrated management of a dynamic team environment with multiple functional areas.
Experience leading special access program self-inspection processes and corrective action plans.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Knowledge of JADE, DISS and Personnel Security.
Advanced computer skills, public speaking, presentation and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with executive-level leadership.
An extensive understanding of DoD security methodologies, policies and procedures.
Motivate, inspire and grow subordinate Security Team Members.
Be self-driven and results-oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners. Candidate will have the ability to apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to DoD security issues and business challenges and be able to communicate observations.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
