Our team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) team at Lockheed Martin, is dedicated to engineering, developing, and integrating new capabilities for the Missile Defense System that protects the United States and its allies. While we are part of a large organization, we operate within smaller, agile teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our responsibilities include Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security, and enhancing critical missile defense technologies.
The Work
The C2BMC Trainer Developer will be responsible for developing training materials (computer-based training, instructor guides, operator manuals, checks on learning) and conducting training events for MDA and warfighter users in C2BMC application operations, missile defense, and space C2 operations. Interface across C2BMC National Team to define requirements and maintain up to date training plans and materials. Prepare plans, internal communications, and other briefings for Training team and C2BMC program leadership. Represent the C2BMC National Team to MDA and warfighter users while conducting training in the field or train-the-trainer programs.

Basic Qualifications:
- Final TS/SCI clearance is required.
- Experience with Space C2 and Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) systems.
- Technical aptitude to become a system expert in C2BMC mission applications and interactive training system design/production for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and users of the C2BMC system.
- Experience in adult learning, education, and/or training.
- 25% Domestic & International travel will be required.
Desired Skills:
- Experience developing training content for web-based and/or computer-based training that support simulation for a large-scale software intensive system
- Experience with the following tools: Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office Suite

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
